Whole Wheat and Vegetable Crepes

For the batter:

To the whole wheat flour, add rice flour

Add onions

Add green chillies

Add grated carrot

Add shredded cabbage

Add curd/yogurt

Add a pinch of turmeric

Add red chilli powder

Add salt to taste

Mix well

Add water

TIP: The consistency of the batter needs to smooth and slightly thin

On a hot griddle, pour a few drops of oil

Pour 2 ladles of the batter on the griddle

Spread the batter evenly on the griddle

TIP: The edges start cooking first, keep checking it

Once, one it turns slightly brown, flip it

Ready to serve
