How-To Store Fish

Method

  • Pour the juice of half a lemon onto the fish pieces
  • Add 1 ½ tbsp of turmeric powder
  • Add 1 ½ tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Add the salt as per taste
  • Mix well, and carefully layer all the ingredients onto the fish pieces
  • Transfer the fish into a tupperware box/ zip lock pouch
  • When cooking, defrost and wash the fish before use
