India's star Chef Vikas Khanna launches his cookbook Utsav at Cannes

Priced at a whopping Rs. 2 lakh and weighing 16 kg, Utsav - A Culinary Epic of Indian Festivals, is the celebration of foods served at Indian festivals and ceremonies. That's not all as we hear that the book is gold-crusted, and will be auctioned at the Sotheby's!

 

Looking dapper in a black tuxedo on the red carpet, the Michelin-star chef was joined by Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor during the launch of the book. We wish the charming chef good luck in his culinary journey.
