It all started with a cup of tea when chef Ajay Chopra was barely nine years old. He had prepared chai for his mother. He soon started helping her in the kitchen while she cooked food for the family.
A growing interest in food was followed by a degree in hotel management. After working at restaurants in India and abroad, and a TV stint with MasterChef India, there was no looking back for the celebrity chef.
