The beauty of India’s culinary history lies in its diversity. Keeping the same in mind, the National Geographic channel is all set to launch ‘India’s Megakitchens’, which will focus on the functioning of some of the country’s mammoth kitchens.

The grand TV show will take the viewers on a culinary journey like no other, featuring the biggest kitchens, and the fun and pressure that goes behind feeding thousands of people on a daily basis.

‘India’s Megakitchens’ will feature kitchens such as Dharmasthala in Karnataka, Shirdi’s Sri Sai Sansthan Prasadalaya, TajSAT in Delhi, IRCTC’s central kitchen in Noida, and Akshaya Patra in Hubli that serves mid-day meals to thousands of school children everyday. It premiers on Monday, June 22.

With a focus on scale, volume, process and technology, ‘India’s Megakitchens’ is sure to bring in the action around food right to your dining room.
